I absolutely loved this postpartum kit. I just recently gave birth to my son and bought this kit to help ease my pain and it definitely did that! The cold pads are the perfect size covering the whole area. The herbal spray felt amazing as it really cools and soothes your lady parts and is a great essential to have. The peri spray bottle is also helpful due to the multi-use friendly sprayer. I would definitely recommend this kit for any mamas looking to feel better postpartum!!

This kit was a lifesaver during my postpartum recovery. I used this kit and it was one of the first things I purchased this pregnancy. It has every essential piece you would need, I actually preferred these products over what I received at the hospital. My only suggestion is that the kit only includes 4 undies and 4 cooling pads, so I had to purchase additional under wears and cooling pads which they separately sell, but I would still highly recommend it to anyone seeking postpartum comfort. Definitely recommend 👍🏻👍🏻
